• The introduction of the Building Safety Regulator and
• Structural changes to the way HSE organises workplace inspections and accident investigations.

2. An update on HSE’s high priority inspection topics.
3. A summary of higher profile health and safety cases in the NW and a discussion of key learning points from these prosecutions.
