About the session
Joanne Chambers and Elsa Mason will outline their collaborative work on developing survey, measurement, and intervention tools to support businesses who plan to implement the new ISO 45003 Standard – Psychological Health and Safety at Work: Managing psychosocial risks, standards within their businesses.
Joanne Chambers, a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, based in Cockermouth, Cumbria founded Lakeland Capabilities Ltd in 2012. Joanne has fifteen years’ experience of designing and delivering assessment and development solutions. Joanne is a personal performance coach, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a registered practitioner with the Health Care Professions Council. Joanne also works with other associate business psychologists, all of whom are Chartered Psychologists registered with the British Psychological Society, to deliver larger scale projects.
Elsa is a founder of DMA Safety Management, in Seascale, Cumbria, and has been working with businesses to improve their health and safety since 2006. Elsa’s safety management advice and guidance has led to an improved health and safety culture in a wide range of businesses and industries. Some of these have been short term projects, whilst others have been long term involvement, providing support and direction to help deliver a more robust health and safety culture.
In more recent years, she has specialised in mental health and well-being. Businesses that she has worked with have appreciated her thoughtful and thorough approach that has led to to business solutions with visible benefits throughout the organisation.
