- The risks associated with RAAC after expiry of it’s life expectancy.
- Ways of making buildings containing RAAC that is past its ‘use by’ date safe.
- Visitor safety in buildings with areas of deteriorating RAAC.
- Identifying competent suppliers and contractors.
- Project planning and implementation.
- Problem solving (including workplace behavioural and cultural problems).
